Added tags of class “unit” to carbon emissions data. Created a “Research Tools” page that links to the carbon converter. Added basic carbon conversion tooltips to pages containing “unit” tags. For now, these include: “Parts Catalogue” and “Transport Catalogue.” Will add more as they are discovered and as unit tooltip functionality improves.
